Uttar Pradesh Gram Panchayat Election 2021 Phase 1 Polling Live Updates: Nearly 20 per cent voter turnout was recorded till 11 am in most districts going to polls in Phase-1. Rampur recorded over 22 per cent while Hardoi recorded nearly 17 per cent turnout till 11 am. In the first two hours, Ghaziabad had recorded 9.94 per cent turnout while Gorakhpur witnessed 9.8 per cent polling.
